Mr. Boes serves as President of Staff Care. Mr. Boes joined the AMN team in 2008, bringing with him nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare services industry. Prior to joining the AMN team, Mr. Boes served as national vice president of sales for the pharmaceutical division of a global healthcare company, where he was responsible for $13 billion in sales. As President of Staff Care, Mr. Boes has overall P&L responsibility for the company.
Aaron Ray
Senior Vice President – Aaron has direct leadership responsibilities for all production and sales functions of the organization, as well as partnership responsibilities within the operations/administrative, marketing, HR and finance teams, along with all other AMN teams and businesses. Aaron has a successful leadership track record with more than 10 years of increasing levels of responsibility during his tenure with Staff Care, including Director of Recruiting, Regional Vice President and Divisional Vice President for the Primary Care Division, Staff Care’s largest division.
Nancy Kane
Vice President, Administrative Operations – Nancy joined the team in 1993 as a Resource Development Specialist. In 1994 she was promoted to Director of Resource Development. After acquiring additional responsibilities within multiple divisions, she earned the Director of Operations position. In February 2001, Nancy was promoted to Vice President of Operations. Her responsibility is for the growth and operations of the administrative function and its leaders. Kim Anderson
Executive Director, Risk Management – Kim joined the team in 1994 as a Recruiting Assistant for Merritt Hawkins & Associates. She transferred to Staff Care in 1996 and worked in the Licensing Department for the next four years. Kim then transferred to Quality Assurance in 2000 and there she implemented the standards that are in place today. Through the years Kim has also implemented other departments including Privileging Assistance, Quality Control and Contract Administration. Today Kim oversees the Risk Management, Contract Administration, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Marketing/Recruiting Assistants Departments.
