At the executive level, our leaders average almost two decades in the industry. Our regional vice presidents average eight years of active experience in the healthcare staffing industry.

Mr. Caldwell serves as President of Staff Care, Inc. Mr. Caldwell has 19 years of experience with The MHA Group® of companies. The last 12 years have been devoted to overseeing the growth of Staff Care, Med Travelers and RN Demand. Mr. Caldwell also serves as a member of The MHA Group Executive Committee.

As the Executive Vice President of Staff Care, Mr. Davis's current responsibilities include internal operations, leadership development, management training and overseeing the development and implementation of new projects and ventures for the organization. Mr. Davis joined the MHA team in 1995 as a Recruiter for the Primary Care Division and quickly moved into an Account Management role. He was promoted to Senior Account Manager in 1997, Regional Account Director in 1998, Team Leader in 1999 and Vice President in 2000.

As the Executive Vice President of Staff Care, Mr. Lund has direct responsibility for Staff Care's physician recruitment and retention, as well as internal operations and leadership development. Mr. Lund started his career with Staff Care in 1997 as a Recruiting Consultant followed by promotions to Senior Recruiter, Director of Recruiting, Team Leader and Divisional Vice President for the Hospital Based Division in 2000. Mr. Lund started Staff Care's Hospital Based Division with five consultants focusing on staffing needs in Anesthesiology and Radiology. By 2005 this division represented 100 corporate team members and more than $100 million of The MHA Group's total revenue. Mr. Lund was promoted to Executive Vice President in March 2006.

Vice President, Administrative Operations – Nancy joined the MHA team in 1993 as a Resource Development Specialist for The MHA Group. In 1994 she was promoted to Director of Resource Development. After acquiring additional responsibilities within the multiple divisions of The MHA Group, she earned the Director of Operations position. In February 2001, Nancy was promoted to Vice President of Operations for The MHA Group. Her responsibility is for the growth and operations of the administrative function and its leaders.

Executive Director, Risk Management – Kim joined the MHA team in 1994 as a Recruiting Assistant for Merritt, Hawkins & Associates. She transferred to Staff Care in 1996 and worked in the Licensing Department for the next 4 years. In 1998 Kim created License-STAT. Kim then transferred to Quality Assurance in 2000 and there she implemented the standards that are in place today. Through the years Kim has also implemented other departments including Privileging Assistance, Quality Control and Contract Administration. Today Kim oversees the Risk Management, Contract Administration, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Marketing/Recruiting Assistants Departments.
