Jeremy Steadman lets his personality shine the second he walks through the door at Staff Care every day. His knack for making those around him laugh contributes to his success when speaking to potential clients as well as makes him a pleasure to work with. Jeremy’s constant dedication and drive throughout his nine-year career with AMN has also earned him numerous accomplishments for his top personal production.

Since joining Staff Care in 2009, he has earned the position of Sr. Territory Sales Manager for the Hospitalist division and finds joy in his work every day. Having awesome clients in his Northeastern territory to connect with, as well as the incredible Staff Care employees working around him, makes it that much more gratifying for Jeremy to come to work each morning.

When Jeremy is not hard at work with clients or joking around with his coworkers, you can find him spending time with his 3 little daughters at his home in Euless, Texas.

What’s your back story?

I grew up in a small town in Texas called Joshua. One of those small towns where everyone graduates and sticks around just like my parents did. I was able to escape by getting a basketball scholarship to ACU where I majored in Business Management.

What do you like to do for fun outside of work? Do you have any hobbies?

My life outside of work consists of spending time with my daughters. They bring so much joy to my life! I love to play basketball and play in a men’s league in Grapevine. I also love playing softball and actually play on our company’s coed team. I am really big into fitness and love to work out every day. I also have a passion for photography and would love to start my own photography business someday.

What’s one word to describe yourself?

Jokester! I love keeping people on their toes at work and I will leave it at that.

What attracted you to working in the healthcare industry?

Before I came to work with AMN I was doing outside medical sales for a company called Rotech. I got that job from putting my resume on Monster and just liked the company. After change in management and commission structures I decided to leave that company after almost three years. That is when I found AMN! I began with a nursing division called RN Demand and worked for that division until 2009. After that I came to Staff Care.

What makes it fun to work in sales?

I love the people I work with and the territory I have. I cover the Northeast so they love my Texas accent. They automatically think I’m sitting at my desk with a cowboy hat on. The sales part is in my genes as my grandfather, who I looked up to very much, was an amazing salesman and I like to think I took after him.

If you could have any job in the world, other than working at Staff Care, what would it be?

I would love to be able to just do photography for a living. If I didn’t suck at golf I would love to do that for a living as well.

What is one item you can’t live without?

Just like everyone else I would be lost without my iPhone. How did we survive before them?
