Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
New, ongoing CRNA need in Dayton, OH! 90 days to credential.
Provider will see General, B&B, thoracic, major vascular, regionals, total joints, backs cases; NO cardiac or OB. CRNAs at Grandview push induction medications, place regional blocks, and perform epidurals. CRNAs do not do heart cases but do have AAA exposure; this practice has VERY sick patients.

There are Residents that rotate through here, they DO NOT supervise CRNAs. They do their own cases and do the complex cases. This is an older institution and the nursing staff and surgeons have been with the hospital for a long time. There is very much a family atmosphere instilled here. Case logs required. Epic training required first day of assignment or prior; cannot work until completed. Flexibility is key with all locums; no clock watchers, please. All locums are required to complete documentation training (takes no more than 30 minutes). Compliance training mandatory; needs to be completed within 30 days of start. Annual compliance each fall. QGenda utilized for scheduling. Locums will be required to clock in/out for reporting purposes only; will still be required to complete/submit the agency timesheet as usual for payroll. Guaranteed 40-hour week (unless time off is required or clinician calls out); guarantee does not apply to holiday weeks.
