Job Description & Requirements

Pediatrician - Critical Care - (Ped - Critical Care) Locum Tenens

This is a Level II trauma center that handles cardiac, neuro surgery, ECMO, oral and maxillofacial surgeries. The unit has 9 beds with 4 flex rooms. A private anesthesia group provides sedation services, air and ground transportation is available. The unit also features ventilation jet, oscillator, high frequency and APVR. Providers work a 9 hour shift during the day and 15 hours at night with PNP support.

Preferred Qualifications

Our Client in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Pediatric Intensivist to assist with 24 hour call shifts starting in Jan 2018! This PICU has an average daily census of 6 babies and full sub-specialty support onsite. We have many other details to share and we can look at an array of different schedules to fill out yours.
