Job Description & Requirements

Family Medicine Physician/Internist

Specialty Requested: FP 
Client Name: Franklin Primary Care 
Worksite City-State: Frisco City, AL 
Client Type: Community Health Center 
Dates requested: ASAP – Ongoing until perm hired 
Schedule/call: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. No call. No weekends. 
Procedures Required? No procedures. Just standard primary care in a community health clinic. Suturing, not required. 
DEA Required? Yes 
Patients per day/or Hour: 17-20 patients per day 
Certifications Required: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible (within 5-7 years of residency). 
Credentialing timeframe: 1-2 weeks 
Can client take residents? No 
EMR on site: NextGen 
Travel: what will client pay for? Yes (Mileage and lodging only.)
