Correctional Psychiatry Physician

This State Psychiatric Hospital is needing an immediate adult forensic psychiatrist for an ongoing coverage:
This opportunity offers:
  • Monday to Friday 8a-4p schedule. No weekends or call.
  • The provider will be seeing an adult population in an inpatient-forensic setting. 
  • Duties include initial intake evaluations, rounding as necessary, medication management, and follow up visits on forensic patients.
  • Average patients per day: 10-14
Required Qualifications:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3 years of residency
  • Must have active New York State license.
