Board Certification American Board of Radiology, American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
Shift Times: 8a-5p
Daily Volume: 60 (55 mammograms, 5 breast ultrasound)
License Requirement: Must have active PA
Privileges: 60 days
Other info:Must provide documentation that he/she has read a minimum of 960 mammograms in the preceding 24 months; Must be trained in tomosynthesis and digital mammography; Must have 15 Category 1 AMA CME credits in breast imaging; Must provide a letter from residency that describes mammography training, and if trained prior to 1999, must complete an MQSA Section G attestation. Must provide a signed current copy of PA Medical License and Board Certificate.
