Job Description & Requirements

Family Medicine Physician

This facility is looking for Family Medicine locum tenens coverage in Tillamook, Oregon.
  • 40 hours a week (3 months with an option to extend)
  • Able to start as soon as credentialed 
  • Must have an active Oregon License.
  • Must have an active Drug Enforcement Agency
  • Must be Board Certified or Eligible 
  • Electronic Medical Records: Cerner
  • Call requirements 1:5
